Manufacturing
All products are made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days. Some of the larger pieces might take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Shipping
courier delivery requires 1–2 business days. E-payments are at No extra fee. Cash on Delivery is available for orders over 300 EGP with a 20 EGP handling fee. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return policy
If your item is unused and in its original unopened packaging, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product arrives flawed or damaged, in that case, we’ll cover the cost. To start a return or exchange, just drop us an e-mail at hello@planetcirc.com.
