What is the return policy?

If your item is unused and in its original unopened packaging, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product arrives flawed or damaged, in that case, we’ll cover the cost. To start a return or exchange, just drop us an e-mail at hello@planetcirc.com.
What about incorrect, missing or damaged items?

Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Are Circ products made to order?
Some of them, yes! Most products are produced in small batches, but select items are made just for you. This helps reduce waste, and gives you something extra personal.
How long will my order take?

All products are made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days, then courier delivery requires 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Some of the larger pieces are made to order, so they might take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

How do I care for my circ products?
Our pieces combine PLA plastic, wood, glass and fabric, here’s how to keep them looking their best: wipe PLA parts with a soft, damp cloth (add a drop of mild soap for spots), avoid heat sources (over 55 °C) and direct sun long exposure to prevent warping; dust wood components with a dry or lightly damp cloth, rub in food‑grade mineral oil if they look dry, and keep them away from radiators or bright sun to avoid cracking; spot‑clean fabric elements by blotting spills with mild detergent, air‑dry fully, and use a soft brush or low‑suction vacuum for dust, never bleach or tumble‑dry.
