Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days, then courier delivery requires 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Some of the larger pieces are made to order, so they might take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Please note that e-payments are at No extra fee. Cash on Delivery is Available for orders over 300 EGP with a 20 EGP handling fee.
